Privacy policy

Version 2026-08-20

At modelfans.ai we treat your personal data with the same care we put into the rest of the project: full transparency. This policy explains what data we collect, why, on what legal basis and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is modelfans.ai, the project that owns this website. For any question regarding this policy or the processing of your data, you can contact info@modelfans.ai.

2. What data we collect

Only the data you give us when signing up for the Academy list: your email address, the language you browse in, the date and time you give your consent, and the version of the policy in force at that moment. We do not collect browsing data, profiles or third-party data.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your email for one single purpose: to send you information about the modelfans.ai Academy (enrollment openings, program updates and related content). We do not use your data for anything else.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the acceptance box on the form. Without that box ticked, no data is sent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.

5. Data retention

We keep your email for as long as the Academy list remains active and you have not unsubscribed. If you withdraw your consent or request erasure, we delete your record. We keep proof of consent (date, time and policy version) for the period required to demonstrate GDPR compliance.

6. Recipients and disclosures

We do not share or sell your data to third parties. The data is stored in the project's own database. There are no international data transfers outside the European Economic Area.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@modelfans.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, restricted access to the database and minimization of the data collected (only what is strictly necessary).

9. Changes to this policy

If we modify this policy, we will update its version number and, if the change affects the processing of your data, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. The current version is always published on this page.
